The US Dollar Pakistan Rupee (USD/PKR) exchange rate is trading higher after two session in negative territory. The pair trades +0.4% at 166.40. The pair is set to rise 0.25% across the week.

The Reserve Bank of Pakistan reported +0.74% rise in foreign exchange reserves in week 4th September.  FX reserves held by the central bank were $12,807.8 million.

The US Dollar trades broadly lower versus its major peers although higher versus the Rupee. Investors are looking ahead to the release of US inflation data. CPI is expected to increase 0.3% mom after recording a 0.6% rise in July.
