The Pound Euro (GBP/EUR) exchange rate is treading water on Wednesday at €1.1575.
UK inflation came in slightly below expectations in March at 0.7% against 0.8% forecast.
The UK covid vaccine programme supports the Pound although concerns over the Indian covid mutation could grow.
There is no high impacting UK data today.
All eyes are on the European Central Bank which is due to announce its interest rate decision.
The ECB are not expected to move on policy after the March meeting when they announced plans to front load the asset purchase programme. There has been little in the way of new news. The meeting is not expected to have a big impact on the Euro.
