The US Dollar Pakistan Rupee (USD/PKR) exchange rate is trending lower on Friday. The pair trades -0.1% at 165.82.

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Pakistan jumped 40% between July – August compared to the previous year. FDI rose to $277 million, compared to 162 million for the same period last year.

US Dollar is trading lower across the board after weak data on Thursday raised concerns over the health of the US economic recovery. US consumer confidence data is in focus.
