The pair rose 0.25% in the previous session, settling on Thursday at 88.63. At 21:30 UTC on Friday, USD\/INR traded +0.15% higher at 88.76 and traded in a range of 88.56 to 88.81.<\/p>\n<p>The Rupee fell on Friday despite a solid performance from the equity markets and after weaker-than-expected Chinese data.<\/p>\n<p>Chinese factory activity contracted in October for a seventh straight month amid weak domestic demand, highlighting the challenges Beijing faces.<\/p>\n<p>The Chinese PMI manufacturing index fell to 49 in October. Down from 49.8 in September and below the 49.6 that analysts had expected. A reading below 50 marks contraction and activity.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, the Indian equity benchmark logged its biggest monthly gains in seven months in October, thanks to strong earnings and reasonable valuations, which attracted foreign investors.<\/p>\n<p>Finished am there&#8217;s something scanning 4.54.6 destructively in October.<\/p>\n<p>Foreign investors bought domestic shares worth $1.94 billion in October, snapping 3 months of outflows. This is often supported after reaping.<\/p>\n<p>The US Dollar rose across the board.
