The market will be keen to hear what has changed her mind.<\/p>\n<p>The EUR gained after Sentix investor confidence improved in February to -12.7, up from -17.7 previously. This marked the highest reading since July last year.<\/p>\n<p>ECB President Christine Lagarde said that disinflation in the region was on track.
