The pound euro (GBP\/EUR) exchange rate is easing back towards \u20ac1.14 after 4 consecutive days of gains.<\/a><\/p>\n

The pound has been supported by hawkish comments from BoE’s Huw Pill who hinted at another rate hike in May.<\/p>\n

Attention now turns to the UK services PMI data which is expected to confirm growth at 52.8.<\/p>\n

The euro is rising after German factory orders jumped to 4.8% MoM in February, up from 0.5% in January.<\/p>\n
