Today the Halifax housing index showed house prices fell at the fastest clip since 2008 financial crisis.<\/p>\n<p>The euro flat despite <a href=\"https:\/\/currencylive.com\/news\/107358-gbp-eur-pair-holds-steady-despite-german-data-beating-forecasts\/\">stronger than expected German industrial output data<\/a>, which showed that production slipped 0.1%, ahead of the -0.5% forecast.<\/p>\n<p>German factory orders also rose ahead of forecasts, rebounding from a 4% MoM drop in September to a 0.8% rise in October.<\/p>\n<p>Eurozone GDP data is expected to confirm the initial reading of 0.2% QoQ for Q3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The pound euro (GBP\/EUR) exchange rate is treading water on Wednesday after two days of losses.
