The Pound Euro (GBP\/EUR<\/a>)exchange rate is heading higher on Wednesday towards \u20ac1.18.<\/p>\n

The Pound received a boost in the previous session from encouraging UK labour market data. A record number of jobs were created, and the unemployment rate slipped to 4.5%.<\/p>\n

All eyes are on UK GDP data<\/a> which is expected to reveal that economic growth slowed in the three months to August to 3%, down from 3.6%.<\/p>\n

The Euro slipped following much weaker than forecast ZEW economic sentiment in both Germany and the broader Eurozone.<\/p>\n
