Andrew Bailey reiterated that the central bank could raise interest rates before ending the bond purchasing programme.<\/p>\n<p>Today the Pound is easing lower as concerns over lorry driver shortages and fuel problems at the pumps are weighing on sentiment.<\/p>\n<p>The Euro is advancing after <a href=\"https:\/\/currencylive.com\/news\/105898-gbp-eur-euro-rebounds-after-surprisingly-strong-german-consumer-confidence\/\">GFK German consumer sentiment<\/a> unexpectedly rose to 0.3 ion October, up from -1.1 in September.
