The Rupee is on the rise despite <a href=\"https:\/\/currencylive.com\/news\/104086-usd-pkr-pakistan-rupee-edges-higher-in-risk-on-trading\/\">the public debt \u2013 GDP ratio increasing<\/a> and oil prices climbing.<\/p>\n<p>US Dollar set for its worst August performance since 2015 as investors fret over the US economic recovery and adjust to the Fed\u2019s shift in policy framework.
