The pound euro (GBP/EUR) exchange rate is rising modestly after losses last week.

Figures from Rightmove showed that asking prices for UK homes dropped 0.3% compared to a month earlier, marking the largest drop for this period in 14 years.
The EUR is slipping after strong gains last week.

Data last week showed that industrial production fell by more than expected in April, dropping by 2.4%.
