US Dollar Index eyes yields, politics

The US Dollar index trends higher  for the fourth consecutive session on Monday, breaking out above at 90.00 the figure.

The yields in US money markets – especially the 10-year benchmark  dictate mood surrounding the USD.

With regard to  US politics and after last week’s chaos in Washington, investors are looking to January 20th, when President elect J.Biden will be sworn in as US President.

Later in the US session, Atlanta Fed R.Bostic  is due to speak, Meanwhile, ECB’s C.Lagarde will appear in a discussion panel  On Monday
